Charge! Concert

We're hosting a concert to help out the Vancouver missions team, so stay after youth and bring some money to donate to their efforts. With music from Not Even Death, Hearts in Stereo and a special guest, it's a night not to miss!

RETREAT!

That's right, our annual winter retreat is coming up real soon. Camp IAWAH has been such great hosts to us over the years, so we're going back there this year for a weekend to spend with God, and of course have some fun with friends.

This year, our speaker is the awesome Jeff Hillier, youth director for our district.

We're leaving at 5 on March 5th (so be there by 4:30), and coming back sometime around 5 on Sunday. Forms are due, and will not be accepted after Sunday February 21, so get them in on time!

Helping Out This Christmas

We're looking to help some of the less fortunate in our community this Christmas, so we're giving you 2 oportunities to help out.

First, we're collecting art supplies for those who can't afford them, but really have a desire to express themselves. Please bring art supplies this Friday (Dec. 18) and give them to Bryn Johnston or Jess Smith. We're collecting new supplies for a local organization, so please bring anything, markers, a canvas, crayons, clay, paints, brushes, and anything else you can think of.

Oasis YM - Prayer Confrence

We're joining up with the rest of the congregation in the sanctuary this week for CPC's prayer conference with Wade Mahabirsingh.

Hey guys, we're joining sixonethree at Life Centre again for an awesome night. Start time is the usual 7, and we are meeting there directly, not at CPC. [map + directions]

Christmas Baskets

We're getting together an hour early this week in the gym to put together something special for the less fortunate in out communty. Please come help out and show your support, it is really appreciated.

Justr a reminder, we won't be having service on the 25th of December and 1st of January. There is still Sunday service, you should join us, or on Christmas Eve at 6:30. We'll see you back on January 8!

Look everyone Oasis YM has a new site! We thought, new school year, why not refresh something old? So welcome to oasisym.com verson 4.0.

Before I get to what's new about it, I'll tell you what's different. The whole thing is brand new, and really easy for us to use, which means we'll be putting out content on a much more regular basis, and the list of events will be kept up to date.
